Designing the brand for Stronger Peripheries: A Southern Coalition was an exciting and inspiring project. This is an initiative where Artemrede participate and aims to create a space for people to talk, work together, and learn. It’s all about exploring the ideas of “south” and “peripheries” from a social and cultural perspective using diverse collaborative artistic strategies and capacity-building actions.
Stronger Peripheries is a significant project, and it’s supported by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union. It puts the Mediterranean at its core and emphasizes diversity coming together on a common ground.
The Identity has the Mediterranean as its central point, highlighting its importance as point of connexion and unity. The warm colors in the logo represent the project’s human-centric approach, embracing diversity. The textures in the form are like a coalition of diverse elements above a common ground. Think of it as people coming together and connecting.
The Image is designed to be versatile, meaning it can be used in different ways, from digital applications to printed publications. It has various options with different colors to represent different project areas. It can also be deconstruct for digital formats, making it adaptable to different needs.
This brand is all about bringing people and ideas together, just like the Stronger Peripheries project itself, and represents the spirit of unity, collaboration, and the warmth of Stronger Peripheries: A Southern Coalition.
